Raksha Bandhan celebration

Raksha Bandhan is one of the most endearing ways to celebrate the bond between brothers and sisters, celebrated in K .R.S.S High school on 11th August 2022. With the view to celebrate the occasion and to enhance creativity, to inculcate and teach the value of Respect among the students.Rakhi making competition was held in the school wherein the students made colourful Rakhi's and the same were used on the auspicious day for tying them to the siblings of the school.The sisters tie the Rakhi to the brother's wrist and prayed for their prosperous and long life and in return,the brothers promise protection and safety of their sisters throughout their life.

Anagha vachasunder Pratisthan organises various competitions every year at Porvorim. We at MIBK are proud of the achievements of Palak Prabhu,who bagged the 2nd place in Pradnyavanth Vidhyarthi from IX and Shravani Tilve who bagged the 3rd Consolation prize for Story Telling Competition.

Karate Award function at MIBK

karate award function organised in MIBK. Shri Narendra Savoiker was the chief guest and HM Shabnam was the guest of honour.Many of MIBK students too participated.There was a performance by all the students of different age groups of students from Ponda undergoing training in karate and were given certificates.

Sakshi Vishwas Kale, Ex-Student of MIBK school, Khandepar brought 1st Gold medal for Goa in Para Athletic at National level.  

International Yoga Day 2022

G.V.M’s M.I.B.K. High School, celebrated ‘International Yoga Day” in the school on 21st June 2022 with great enthusiasm. Students and teachers performed asanas under the guidance of the Members of Tapbhoomi Kundaim and the PE Teachers of the school. The Master trainer Mr. Satish  Gaude, emphasized on the importance of yoga and physical exercise in daily life. He also explained the importance of various yogasanas in curing different health problems. It helped the students understand how to maintain harmony between body and mind.
