Founded in June 1965, GVM’s Pragati Vidyalaya is nestled in the serene village of Paniwada, Borim. We aim at holistic development of our students and nurture them in a warm, happy atmosphere where every child feels loved and appreciated. Students are encouraged  to explore and develop their potential in both academic and non academic learning .Every child is given the opportunity  to experience the joy of discovery and develop a love for learning.   • Navesh Naik (Std.VII) won First prize in ‘Game for Challenge’ organised by School of Symbiosis to celebrate Mathematics Day on 22nd December 2021
  • Navesh Naik from Std. VII has won 2nd Prize in Category 1 (Std.V-VII) in the Patriotic Singing Competition  organized by Inner Wheel ,Ponda  held online on 15th August 2021.
  • Miss Vismaya Naik (Std.VI)  won the 3rd place in ‘Online Sports Quiz’ at taluka level on National Sports Day organised by Bhumika sports.
  • Miss Shruti Sutar (Std.VIII) secured Consolation Prize in ‘Online Mobile Photography Category Std.VIII to Xheld on the occasion of 70th mobile week 2021 organised by Government of Goa , Goa Forest department.

Vanamahotsav Week 2022

On the occasion of vanamahotsav week we at GVM’S PRAGATI VIDYALAYA BORIM are organizing different competitions and programs. Today 1st July 2022 a special assembly was organized by the Eco Club of the school. All the members of Pragati pariwar were gifted a sapling as a token of love and part of vanamahotsav celebration. All the saplings are sponsored by our Tr. Shital.
